Please review your order carefully before making your purchase. Although seldom, as we undergo strict quality check and triple check the package to make sure the order is correct, if items appear defected or has arrived in the wrong size, please contact enquiries@arifferdous.com and we will work towards a solution immediately.

We will only offer exchanges or store credit if items are returned back to us in brand new condition. If we believe that the item has already been worn then we will not offer an exchange / credit. Please contact enquiries@arifferdous.com within 28 days of receiving the item if you would like an exchange / return. We will be extending these terms to January 5th for all orders made in November and December 2023.

The customer will be charged a shipping fee to have the item sent out again. International customers must also pay the shipping fee for sending the product out again for exchanges. We will not refund the shipping fee.

Please contact us on enquiries@arifferdous.com and inform us that you would like a return/exchange before sending your item back to us, this will avoid any delays with getting the situation resolved. Also please leave a note with your order number inside of the package so we know what order we are dealing with.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept exchanges/returns if it has been more than 28 days of receiving the item.

PRE-ORDERS: Due to the made to order nature of pre-orders, we cannot cancel or change any orders. Please carefully check the size guide before your purchase.

WE WILL NOT OFFER RETURNS FOR PACKAGES SENT BACK DUE TO IMPORT CHARGE NOT BEING PAID OR WRONG ADDRESS - THESE ORDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS FORFEITED.
