All orders will be provided with a confirmation email and tracking number. For UK customers, we usually deliver within 1-3 working days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact us enquiries@arifferdous.com with your order number in the subject.

For international customers, please allow from 2-5 working days to receive your order. All international orders will be provided with tracking information using DHL Express. Please use the tracking information provided to view the status of your order. 

Delivery times may be longer than usual during busy seasons.

We are happy to pay the custom charges for international customers. Please send a receipt/ customs confirmation to enquiries@arifferdous.com with your order number and we will reimburse you.

WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ORDERS LOST BEYOND OUR CONTROL - PLEASE CONTACT ROYAL MAIL (UK)/ CARRIER OF THE PACKAGE (ROW) TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION OR FOR DELIVERY UPDATES. 

IF PACKAGES ARE ALSO RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN ERROR IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR IF THE PACKAGE IS UNCLAIMED, WE ARE OBLIGED TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER THE SHIPPING FEE AGAIN TO COVER THE DELIVERY COST. WE WILL NOT OFFER RETURNS FOR PACKAGES SENT BACK DUE TO IMPORT CHARGE NOT BEING PAID OR WRONG ADDRESS.
